1. Name

2. Shrink
Shrink → the goal → one smallest useful version
Done: The first version feels almost too small to avoid.
If stuck: Cut the scope in half, then cut it in half again.
3. List
List → the pieces → 3 to 7 required parts
Done: You have a short parts list with no vague words.
If stuck: List only the parts needed for an ugly first version.
4. Build
Build → one rough artifact → visible draft or screenshot
Done: A rough version exists outside your head.
If stuck: Make the ugly version deliberately. Beauty comes later.
5. Test
Test → the result → pass/fail note
Done: You know what worked, what failed, and what to fix next.
If stuck: Ask: does this create the proof object, yes or no?
6. Ship
Ship → the proof → link, file, message, or log entry
Done: The result is saved, sent, posted, deployed, or logged.
If stuck: Ship privately first. A screenshot counts as proof.
Blocker → Bypass
The next action is not obvious
Ask only: what is the next physical action I can complete in 5 minutes?

Pick the step directly before the finished proof, then work backward.
